Grief is a natural response to various events throughout our life, losing a loved one, a home, or a job. It comes in different forms, like the weight of a heavy blanket, a chasm without a bottom, or a wave that comes crashing down and sweeps you away. It can be buried deep down so one cannot see the pain or it can be fluid-like, flooding one with intense feelings.

Mirror, mirror on the wall…Really???
How do you feel about yourself? If you are hesitant to answer, don’t worry, you are not alone. 79% of the population, especially women, feels dissatisfied with their self esteem.
Much of this comes from body image based on perceptions and feelings. It is not based on what one’s actual appearance really is. That’s because, for many years from the beginning of time, women have been told what they should look like. Women need to be pencil thin, have perfect skin, and beautiful facial features, wear designer clothes, look sexy and at the same time raise a family, earn a living, and nurture everyone she comes in contact with- right? This workshop will delve into what you want to be as a woman, focusing on the positives and how perfect you are the way you are.
